In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.

Ðóáößó ÇáúßöÊóÇÈõ áÇó ÑóíúÈó Ýöíåö åõÏðì áöáúãõÊøóÞöíäó
This Book, there is no doubt in it, is a guide to those who guard (against evil).
ÇáøóÐöíäó íõÄúãöäõæäó ÈöÇáúÛóíúÈö æóíõÞöíãõæäó ÇáÕøóáÇóÉó æóãöãøóÇ ÑóÒóÞúäóÇåõãú íõäÝöÞõæäó
Those who believe in the unseen and keep up prayer and spend out of what We have given them.
æóÇáøóÐöíäó íõÄúãöäõæäó ÈöãóÇ ÃõäúÒöáó Åöáóíúßó æóãóÇ ÃõäúÒöáó ãöäú ÞóÈúáößó æóÈöÇáÂÎöÑóÉö åõãú íõæÞöäõæäó
And who believe in that which has been revealed to you and that which was revealed before you and they are sure of the hereafter.
ÃõæúáóÆößó Úóáóì åõÏðì ãöäú ÑóÈøöåöãú æóÃõæúáóÆößó åõãú ÇáúãõÝúáöÍõæäó
These are on a right course from their Lord and these it is that shall be successful.
Åöäøó ÇáøóÐöíäó ßóÝóÑõæÇ ÓóæóÇÁñ Úóáóíúåöãú Ãó ÃóäÐóÑúÊóåõãú Ãóãú áóãú ÊõäÐöÑúåõãú áÇó íõÄúãöäõæäó
Surely those who disbelieve, it being alike to them whether you warn them, or do not warn them, will not believe.
ÎóÊóãó Çááøóåõ Úóáóì ÞõáõæÈöåöãú æóÚóáóì ÓóãúÚöåöãú æóÚóáóì ÃóÈúÕóÇÑöåöãú ÛöÔóÇæóÉñ æóáóåõãú ÚóÐóÇÈñ ÚóÙöíãñ
God has set a seal upon their hearts and upon their hearing and there is a covering over their eyes, and there is a great punishment for them.
æóãöäú ÇáäøóÇÓö ãóäú íóÞõæáõ ÂãóäøóÇ ÈöÇááøóåö æóÈöÇáúíóæúãö ÇáÂÎöÑö æóãóÇ åõãú ÈöãõÄúãöäöíäó
And there are some people who say: We believe in God and the last day, and they are not at all believers.
íõÎóÇÏöÚõæäó Çááøóåó æóÇáøóÐöíäó ÂãóäõæÇ æóãóÇ íóÎúÏóÚõæäó ÅöáÇø ÃóäÝõÓóåõãú æóãóÇ íóÔúÚõÑõæäó
They desire to deceive God and those who believe, and they deceive only themselves and they do not perceive.
Ýöí ÞõáõæÈöåöãú ãóÑóÖñ ÝóÒóÇÏóåõãú Çááøóåõ ãóÑóÖðÇ æóáóåõãú ÚóÐóÇÈñ Ãóáöíãñ ÈöãóÇ ßóÇäõæÇ íóßúÐöÈõæäó
There is a disease in their hearts, so God added to their disease and they shall have a painful chastisement because they
æóÅöÐóÇ Þöíáó áóåõãú áÇó ÊõÝúÓöÏõæÇ Ýöí ÇáÃóÑúÖö ÞóÇáõæÇ ÅöäøóãóÇ äóÍúäõ ãõÕúáöÍõæäó
And when it is said to them, Do not make mischief in the land, they say: We are but peace-makers.
ÃóáÇó Åöäøóåõãú åõãú ÇáúãõÝúÓöÏõæäó æóáóßöäú áÇó íóÔúÚõÑõæäó
Now surely they themselves are the mischief makers, but they do not perceive.
æóÅöÐóÇ Þöíáó áóåõãú ÂãöäõæÇ ßóãóÇ Âãóäó ÇáäøóÇÓõ ÞóÇáõæÇ ÃóäõÄúãöäõ ßóãóÇ Âãóäó ÇáÓøõÝóåóÇÁõ ÃóáÇó Åöäøóåõãú åõãú ÇáÓøõÝóåóÇÁõ æóáóßöäú áÇó íóÚúáóãõæäó
And when it is said to them: Believe as the people believe they say: Shall we believe as the fools believe? Now surely they themselves are the fools, but they do not know.
æóÅöÐóÇ áóÞõæÇ ÇáøóÐöíäó ÂãóäõæÇ ÞóÇáõæÇ ÂãóäøóÇ æóÅöÐóÇ ÎóáóæúÇ Åöáóì ÔóíóÇØöíäöåöãú ÞóÇáõæÇ ÅöäøóÇ ãóÚóßõãú ÅöäøóãóÇ äóÍúäõ ãõÓúÊóåúÒöÆõæäó
And when they meet those who believe, they say: We believe, and when they are alone with their Shaitans, they say: Surely we are with you, we were only mocking.
Çááøóåõ íóÓúÊóåúÒöÆõ Èöåöãú æóíóãõÏøõåõãú Ýöí ØõÛúíóÇäöåöãú íóÚúãóåõæäó
God shall pay them back their mockery, and He leaves them alone in their inordinacy, blindly wandering on.
ÃõæúáóÆößó ÇáøóÐöíäó ÇÔúÊóÑóæúÇ ÇáÖøóáÇóáóÉó ÈöÇáúåõÏóì ÝóãóÇ ÑóÈöÍóÊú ÊöÌóÇÑóÊõåõãú æóãóÇ ßóÇäõæÇ ãõåúÊóÏöíäó
These are they who buy error for the right direction, so their bargain shall bring no gain, nor are they the followers of the right direction.
ãóËóáõåõãú ßóãóËóáö ÇáøóÐöí ÇÓúÊóæúÞóÏó äóÇÑðÇ ÝóáóãøóÇ ÃóÖóÇÁóÊú ãóÇ Íóæúáóåõ ÐóåóÈó Çááøóåõ ÈöäõæÑöåöãú æóÊóÑóßóåõãú Ýöí ÙõáõãóÇÊò áÇó íõÈúÕöÑõæäó
Their parable is like the parable of one who kindled a fire but when it had illumined all around him, God took away their light, and left them in utter darkness-- they do not see.
Õõãøñ Èõßúãñ Úõãúíñ Ýóåõãú áÇó íóÑúÌöÚõæäó
Deaf, dumb (and) blind, so they will not turn back.
Ãóæú ßóÕóíøöÈò ãöäú ÇáÓøóãóÇÁö Ýöíåö ÙõáõãóÇÊñ æóÑóÚúÏñ æóÈóÑúÞñ íóÌúÚóáõæäó ÃóÕóÇÈöÚóåõãú Ýöí ÂÐóÇäöåöãú ãöäú ÇáÕøóæóÇÚöÞö ÍóÐóÑó ÇáúãóæúÊö æóÇááøóåõ ãõÍöíØñ ÈöÇáúßóÇÝöÑöíäó
Or like abundant rain from the cloud in which is utter darkness and thunder and lightning, they put their fingers into their ears because of the thunder peal, for fear of death, and God encompasses the unbelievers.
íóßóÇÏõ ÇáúÈóÑúÞõ íóÎúØóÝõ ÃóÈúÕóÇÑóåõãú ßõáøóãóÇ ÃóÖóÇÁó áóåõãú ãóÔóæúÇ Ýöíåö æóÅöÐóÇ ÃóÙúáóãó Úóáóíúåöãú ÞóÇãõæÇ æóáóæú ÔóÇÁó Çááøóåõ áóÐóåóÈó ÈöÓóãúÚöåöãú æóÃóÈúÕóÇÑöåöãú Åäøó Çááøóåó Úóáóì ßõáøö ÔóíúÁò ÞóÏöíÑñ
The lightning almost takes away their sight, whenever it shines on them they walk in it, and when it becomes dark to them they stand still, and if God had pleased He would certainly have taken away their hearing and their sight, surely God has power over all things.
íóÇ ÃóíøõåóÇ ÇáäøóÇÓõ ÇÚúÈõÏõæÇ ÑóÈøóßõãú ÇáøóÐöí ÎóáóÞóßõãú æóÇáøóÐöíäó ãöäú ÞóÈúáößõãú áóÚóáøóßõãú ÊóÊøóÞõæäó
O men! serve your Lord Who created you and those before you so that you may guard (against evil).
ÇáøóÐöí ÌóÚóáó áóßõãú ÇáÃóÑúÖó ÝöÑóÇÔðÇ æóÇáÓøóãóÇÁó ÈöäóÇÁð æóÃóäúÒóáó ãöäú ÇáÓøóãóÇÁö ãóÇÁð ÝóÃóÎúÑóÌó Èöåö ãöäú ÇáËøóãóÑóÇÊö ÑöÒúÞðÇ áóßõãú ÝóáÇó ÊóÌúÚóáõæÇ áöáøóåö ÃóäÏóÇÏðÇ æóÃóäúÊõãú ÊóÚúáóãõæäó
Who made the earth a resting place for you and the heaven a canopy and (Who) sends down rain from the cloud then brings forth with it subsistence for you of the fruits, therefore do not set up rivals to God while you know.
æóÅöäú ßõäÊõãú Ýöí ÑóíúÈò ãöãøóÇ äóÒøóáúäóÇ Úóáóì ÚóÈúÏöäóÇ ÝóÃúÊõæÇ ÈöÓõæÑóÉò ãöäú ãöËúáöåö æóÇÏúÚõæÇ ÔõåóÏóÇÁóßõãú ãöäú Ïõæäö Çááøóåö Åöäú ßõäÊõãú ÕóÇÏöÞöíäó
And if you are in doubt as to that which We have revealed to Our servant, then produce a chapter like it and call on your witnesses besides God if you are truthful.
ÝóÅöäú áóãú ÊóÝúÚóáõæÇ æóáóäú ÊóÝúÚóáõæÇ ÝóÇÊøóÞõæÇ ÇáäøóÇÑó ÇáøóÊöí æóÞõæÏõåóÇ ÇáäøóÇÓõ æóÇáúÍöÌóÇÑóÉõ ÃõÚöÏøóÊú áöáúßóÇÝöÑöíäó
But if you do (it) not and never shall you do (it), then be on your guard against the fire of which men and stones are the fuel, it is prepared for the unbelievers.
æóÈóÔøöÑú ÇáøóÐöíäó ÂãóäõæÇ æóÚóãöáõæÇ ÇáÕøóÇáöÍóÇÊö Ãóäøó áóåõãú ÌóäøóÇÊò ÊóÌúÑöí ãöäú ÊóÍúÊöåóÇ ÇáÃóäúåóÇÑõ ßõáøóãóÇ ÑõÒöÞõæÇ ãöäúåóÇ ãöäú ËóãóÑóÉò ÑöÒúÞðÇ ÞóÇáõæÇ åóÐóÇ ÇáøóÐöí ÑõÒöÞúäóÇ ãöäú ÞóÈúáõ æóÃõÊõæÇ Èöåö ãõÊóÔóÇÈöåðÇ æóáóåõãú ÝöíåóÇ ÃóÒúæóÇÌñ ãõØóåøóÑóÉñ æóåõãú ÝöíåóÇ ÎóÇáöÏõæäó
And convey good news to those who believe and do good deeds, that they shall have gardens in which rivers flow, whenever they shall be given a portion of the fruit thereof, they shall say: This is what was given to us before, and they shall be given the like of it, and they shall have pure mates in them, and in them, they shall abide.
Åöäøó Çááøóåó áÇó íóÓúÊóÍúíöí Ãóäú íóÖúÑöÈó ãóËóáÇð ãóÇ ÈóÚõæÖóÉð ÝóãóÇ ÝóæúÞóåóÇ ÝóÃóãøóÇ ÇáøóÐöíäó ÂãóäõæÇ ÝóíóÚúáóãõæäó Ãóäøóåõ ÇáúÍóÞøõ ãöäú ÑóÈøöåöãú æóÃóãøóÇ ÇáøóÐöíäó ßóÝóÑõæÇ ÝóíóÞõæáõæäó ãóÇÐóÇ ÃóÑóÇÏó Çááøóåõ ÈöåóÐóÇ ãóËóáÇð íõÖöáøõ Èöåö ßóËöíÑðÇ æóíóåúÏöí Èöåö ßóËöíÑðÇ æóãóÇ íõÖöáøõ Èöåö ÅöáÇøó ÇáúÝóÇÓöÞöíäó
Surely God is not ashamed to set forth any parable-- (that of) a gnat or any thing above that, then as for those who believe, they know that it is the truth from their Lord, and as for those who disbelieve, they say: What is it that God means by this parable: He causes many to err by it and many He leads aright by it! but He does not cause to err by it (any) except the transgressors,
ÇáøóÐöíäó íóäÞõÖõæäó ÚóåúÏó Çááøóåö ãöäú ÈóÚúÏö ãöíËóÇÞöåö æóíóÞúØóÚõæäó ãóÇ ÃóãóÑó Çááøóåõ Èöåö Ãóäú íõæÕóáó æóíõÝúÓöÏõæäó Ýöí ÇáÃóÑúÖö ÃõæúáóÆößó åõãú ÇáúÎóÇÓöÑõæäó
Who break the covenant of God after its confirmation and cut asunder what God has ordered to be joined, and make mischief in the land, these it is that are the losers.
ßóíúÝó ÊóßúÝõÑõæäó ÈöÇááøóåö æóßõäÊõãú ÃóãúæóÇÊðÇ ÝóÃóÍúíóÇßõãú Ëõãøó íõãöíÊõßõãú Ëõãøó íõÍúíöíßõãú Ëõãøó Åöáóíúåö ÊõÑúÌóÚõæäó
How do you deny God and you were dead and He gave you life? Again He will cause you to die and again bring you to life, then you shall be brought back to Him.
åõæó ÇáøóÐöí ÎóáóÞó áóßõãú ãóÇ Ýöí ÇáÃóÑúÖö ÌóãöíÚðÇ Ëõãøó ÇÓúÊóæóì Åöáóì ÇáÓøóãóÇÁö ÝóÓóæøóÇåõäøó ÓóÈúÚó ÓóãóÇæóÇÊò æóåõæó Èößõáøö ÔóíúÁò Úóáöíãñ
He it is Who created for you all that is in the earth, and He directed Himself to the heaven, so He made them complete seven heavens, and He knows all things.
æóÅöÐú ÞóÇáó ÑóÈøõßó áöáúãóáÇóÆößóÉö Åöäøöí ÌóÇÚöáñ Ýöí ÇáÃóÑúÖö ÎóáöíÝóÉð ÞóÇáõæÇ ÃóÊóÌúÚóáõ ÝöíåóÇ ãóäú íõÝúÓöÏõ ÝöíåóÇ æóíóÓúÝößõ ÇáÏøöãóÇÁó æóäóÍúäõ äõÓóÈøöÍõ ÈöÍóãúÏößó æóäõÞóÏøöÓõ áóßó ÞóÇáó Åöäøöí ÃóÚúáóãõ ãóÇ áÇó ÊóÚúáóãõæäó
And when your Lord said to the angels, I am going to place in the earth a khalif, they said: What! wilt Thou place in it such as shall make mischief in it and shed blood, and we celebrate Thy praise and extol Thy holiness? He said: Surely I know what you do not know.
æóÚóáøóãó ÂÏóãó ÇáÃóÓúãóÇÁó ßõáøóåóÇ Ëõãøó ÚóÑóÖóåõãú Úóáóì ÇáúãóáÇóÆößóÉö ÝóÞóÇáó ÃóäúÈöÆõæäöí ÈöÃóÓúãóÇÁö åóÄõáÇóÁ Åöäú ßõäÊõãú ÕóÇÏöÞöíäó
And He taught Adam all the names, then presented them to the angels, then He said: Tell me the names of those if you are right.
ÞóÇáõæÇ ÓõÈúÍóÇäóßó áÇó Úöáúãó áóäóÇ ÅöáÇøó ãóÇ ÚóáøóãúÊóäóÇ Åöäøóßó ÃóäúÊó ÇáúÚóáöíãõ ÇáúÍóßöíãõ
They said: Glory be to Thee! we have no knowledge but that which Thou hast taught us, surely Thou art the Knowing, the Wise.
ÞóÇáó íóÇ ÂÏóãõ ÃóäúÈöÆúåõãú ÈöÃóÓúãóÇÆöåöãú ÝóáóãøóÇ ÃóäúÈóÃóåõãú ÈöÃóÓúãóÇÆöåöãú ÞóÇáó Ãóáóãú ÃóÞõáú áóßõãú Åöäøöí ÃóÚúáóãõ ÛóíúÈó ÇáÓøóãóÇæóÇÊö æóÇáÃóÑúÖö æóÃóÚúáóãõ ãóÇ ÊõÈúÏõæäó æóãóÇ ßõäÊõãú ÊóßúÊõãõæäó
He said: O Adam! inform them of their names. Then when he had informed them of their names, He said: Did I not say to you that I surely know what is ghaib in the heavens and the earth and (that) I know what you manifest and what you hide?
æóÅöÐú ÞõáúäóÇ áöáúãóáÇóÆößóÉö ÇÓúÌõÏõæÇ öáÃóÏóãó ÝóÓóÌóÏõæÇ ÅöáÇøó ÅöÈúáöíÓó ÃóÈóì æóÇÓúÊóßúÈóÑó æóßóÇäó ãöäú ÇáúßóÇÝöÑöíäó
And when We said to the angels: Make obeisance to Adam they did obeisance, but Iblis (did it not). He refused and he was proud, and he was one of the unbelievers.
æóÞõáúäóÇ íóÇ ÂÏóãõ ÇÓúßõäú ÃóäúÊó æóÒóæúÌõßó ÇáúÌóäøóÉó æóßõáÇó ãöäúåóÇ ÑóÛóÏðÇ ÍóíúËõ ÔöÆúÊõãóÇ æóáÇó ÊóÞúÑóÈóÇ åóÐöåö ÇáÔøóÌóÑóÉó ÝóÊóßõæäóÇ ãöäú ÇáÙøóÇáöãöíäó
And We said: O Adam! Dwell you and your wife in the garden and eat from it a plenteous (food) wherever you wish and do not approach this tree, for then you will be of the unjust.
ÝóÃóÒóáøóåõãóÇ ÇáÔøóíúØóÇäõ ÚóäúåóÇ ÝóÃóÎúÑóÌóåõãóÇ ãöãøóÇ ßóÇäóÇ Ýöíåö æóÞõáúäóÇ ÇåúÈöØõæÇ ÈóÚúÖõßõãú áöÈóÚúÖò ÚóÏõæøñ æóáóßõãú Ýöí ÇáÃóÑúÖö ãõÓúÊóÞóÑøñ æóãóÊóÇÚñ Åöáóì Íöíäò
But the Shaitan made them both fall from it, and caused them to depart from that (state) in which they were, and We said: Get forth, some of you being the enemies of others, and there is for you in the earth an abode and a provision for a time.
ÝóÊóáóÞøóì ÂÏóãõ ãöäú ÑóÈøöåö ßóáöãóÇÊò ÝóÊóÇÈó Úóáóíúåö Åöäøóåõ åõæó ÇáÊøóæøóÇÈõ ÇáÑøóÍöíãõ
Then Adam received (some) words from his Lord, so He turned to him mercifully, surely He is Oft-returning (to mercy), the Merciful.
ÞõáúäóÇ ÇåúÈöØõæÇ ãöäúåóÇ ÌóãöíÚðÇ ÝóÅöãøóÇ íóÃúÊöíóäøóßõãú ãöäøöí åõÏðì Ýóãóäú ÊóÈöÚó åõÏóÇíó ÝóáÇó ÎóæúÝñ Úóáóíúåöãú æóáÇó åõãú íóÍúÒóäõæäó
We said: Go forth from this (state) all, so surely there will come to you a guidance from Me, then whoever follows My guidance, no fear shall come upon them, nor shall they grieve.
æóÇáøóÐöíäó ßóÝóÑõæÇ æóßóÐøóÈõæÇ ÈöÂíóÇÊöäóÇ ÃõæúáóÆößó ÃóÕúÍóÇÈõ ÇáäøóÇÑö åõãú ÝöíåóÇ ÎóÇáöÏõæäó
And (as to) those who disbelieve in and reject My communications, they are the inmates of the fire, in it they shall abide.
íóÇ Èóäöí ÅöÓúÑóÇÆöíáó ÇÐúßõÑõæÇ äöÚúãóÊöí ÇáøóÊöí ÃóäúÚóãúÊõ Úóáóíúßõãú æóÃóæúÝõæÇ ÈöÚóåúÏöí ÃõæÝö ÈöÚóåúÏößõãú æóÅöíøóÇíó ÝóÇÑúåóÈõæäöí
O children of Israel! call to mind My favor which I bestowed on you and be faithful to (your) covenant with Me, I will fulfill (My) covenant with you, and of Me, Me alone, should you be afraid.
æóÂãöäõæÇ ÈöãóÇ ÃóäÒóáúÊõ ãõÕóÏøöÞðÇ áöãóÇ ãóÚóßõãú æóáÇó ÊóßõæäõæÇ Ãóæøóáó ßóÇÝöÑò Èöåö æóáÇó ÊóÔúÊóÑõæÇ ÈöÂíóÇÊöí ËóãóäðÇ ÞóáöíáÇð æóÅöíøóÇíó ÝóÇÊøóÞõæäöí
And believe in what I have revealed, verifying that which is with you, and be not the first to deny it, neither take a mean price in exchange for My communications, and Me, Me alone should you fear.
æóáÇó ÊóáúÈöÓõæÇ ÇáúÍóÞøó ÈöÇáúÈóÇØöáö æóÊóßúÊõãõæÇ ÇáúÍóÞøó æóÃóäúÊõãú ÊóÚúáóãõæäó
And do not mix up the truth with the falsehood, nor hide the truth while you know (it).
æóÃóÞöíãõæÇ ÇáÕøóáÇóÉó æóÂÊõæÇ ÇáÒøóßóÇÉó æóÇÑúßóÚõæÇ ãóÚó ÇáÑøóÇßöÚöíäó
And keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate and bow down with those who bow down.
ÃóÊóÃúãõÑõæäó ÇáäøóÇÓó ÈöÇáúÈöÑøö æóÊóäÓóæúäó ÃóäÝõÓóßõãú æóÃóäúÊõãú ÊóÊúáõæäó ÇáúßöÊóÇÈó ÃóÝóáÇó ÊóÚúÞöáõæäó
What! do you enjoin men to be good and neglect your own souls while you read the Book, have you then no sense?
æóÇÓúÊóÚöíäõæÇ ÈöÇáÕøóÈúÑö æóÇáÕøóáÇóÉö æóÅöäøóåóÇ áóßóÈöíÑóÉñ ÅöáÇøó Úóáóì ÇáúÎóÇÔöÚöíäó
And seek assistance through patience and prayer, and most surely it is a hard thing except for the humble ones,
ÇáøóÐöíäó íóÙõäøõæäó Ãóäøóåõãú ãõáÇóÞõæ ÑóÈøöåöãú æóÃóäøóåõãú Åöáóíúåö ÑóÇÌöÚõæäó
Who know that they shall meet their Lord and that they shall return to Him.
íóÇ Èóäöí ÅöÓúÑóÇÆöíáó ÇÐúßõÑõæÇ äöÚúãóÊöí ÇáøóÊöí ÃóäúÚóãúÊõ Úóáóíúßõãú æóÃóäøöí ÝóÖøóáúÊõßõãú Úóáóì ÇáúÚóÇáóãöíäó
O children of Israel! call to mind My favor which I bestowed on you and that I made you excel the nations.
æóÇÊøóÞõæÇ íóæúãðÇ áÇó ÊóÌúÒöí äóÝúÓñ Úóäú äóÝúÓò ÔóíúÆðÇ æóáÇó íõÞúÈóáõ ãöäúåóÇ ÔóÝóÇÚóÉñ æóáÇó íõÄúÎóÐõ ãöäúåóÇ ÚóÏúáñ æóáÇó åõãú íõäÕóÑõæäó
And be on your guard against a day when one soul shall not avail another in the least, neither shall intercession on its behalf be accepted, nor shall any compensation be taken from it, nor shall they be helped.
æóÅöÐú äóÌøóíúäóÇßõãú ãöäú Âáö ÝöÑúÚóæúäó íóÓõæãõæäóßõãú ÓõæÁó ÇáúÚóÐóÇÈö íõÐóÈøöÍõæäó ÃóÈúäóÇÁóßõãú æóíóÓúÊóÍúíõæäó äöÓóÇÁóßõãú æóÝöí Ðóáößõãú ÈóáÇóÁñ ãöäú ÑóÈøößõãú ÚóÙöíãñ
And when We delivered you from Firon's people, who subjected you to severe torment, killing your sons and sparing your women, and in this there was a great trial from your Lord.
æóÅöÐú ÝóÑóÞúäóÇ Èößõãú ÇáúÈóÍúÑó ÝóÃóäúÌóíúäóÇßõãú æóÃóÛúÑóÞúäóÇ Âáó ÝöÑúÚóæúäó æóÃóäúÊõãú ÊóäÙõÑõæäó
And when We parted the sea for you, so We saved you and drowned the followers of Firon and you watched by.
æóÅöÐú æóÇÚóÏúäóÇ ãõæÓóì ÃóÑúÈóÚöíäó áóíúáóÉð Ëõãøó ÇÊøóÎóÐúÊõãú ÇáúÚöÌúáó ãöäú ÈóÚúÏöåö æóÃóäúÊõãú ÙóÇáöãõæäó
And when We appointed a time of forty nights with Musa, then you took the calf (for a god) after him and you were unjust.
Ëõãøó ÚóÝóæúäóÇ Úóäúßõãú ãöäú ÈóÚúÏö Ðóáößó áóÚóáøóßõãú ÊóÔúßõÑõæäó
Then We pardoned you after that so that you might give thanks.
æóÅöÐú ÂÊóíúäóÇ ãõæÓóì ÇáúßöÊóÇÈó æóÇáúÝõÑúÞóÇäó áóÚóáøóßõãú ÊóåúÊóÏõæäó
And when We gave Musa the Book and the distinction that you might walk aright.
æóÅöÐú ÞóÇáó ãõæÓóì áöÞóæúãöåö íóÇ Þóæúãö Åöäøóßõãú ÙóáóãúÊõãú ÃóäÝõÓóßõãú ÈöÇÊøöÎóÇÐößõãú ÇáúÚöÌúáó ÝóÊõæÈõæÇ Åöáóì ÈóÇÑöÆößõãú ÝóÇÞúÊõáõæÇ ÃóäÝõÓóßõãú Ðóáößõãú ÎóíúÑñ áóßõãú ÚöäúÏó ÈóÇÑöÆößõãú ÝóÊóÇÈó Úóáóíúßõãú Åöäøóåõ åõæó ÇáÊøóæøóÇÈõ ÇáÑøóÍöíãõ
And when Musa said to his people: O my people! you have surely been unjust to yourselves by taking the calf (for a god), therefore turn to your Creator (penitently), so kill your people, that is best for you with your Creator: so He turned to you (mercifully), for surely He is the Oft-returning (to mercy), the Merciful.
æóÅöÐú ÞõáúÊõãú íóÇ ãõæÓóì áóäú äõÄúãöäó áóßó ÍóÊøóì äóÑóì Çááøóåó ÌóåúÑóÉð ÝóÃóÎóÐóÊúßõãú ÇáÕøóÇÚöÞóÉõ æóÃóäúÊõãú ÊóäÙõÑõæäó
And when you said: O Musa! we will not believe in you until we see God manifestly, so the punishment overtook you while you looked on.
Ëõãøó ÈóÚóËúäóÇßõãú ãöäú ÈóÚúÏö ãóæúÊößõãú áóÚóáøóßõãú ÊóÔúßõÑõæäó
Then We raised you up after your death that you may give thanks.
æóÙóáøóáúäóÇ Úóáóíúßõãú ÇáúÛóãóÇãó æóÃóäÒóáúäóÇ Úóáóíúßõãú Çáúãóäøó æóÇáÓøóáúæóì ßõáõæÇ ãöäú ØóíøöÈóÇÊö ãóÇ ÑóÒóÞúäóÇßõãú æóãóÇ ÙóáóãõæäóÇ æóáóßöäú ßóÇäõæÇ ÃóäÝõÓóåõãú íóÙúáöãõæäó
And We made the clouds to give shade over you and We sent to you manna and quails: Eat of the good things that We have given you, and they did not do Us any harm, but they made their own souls suffer the loss.
æóÅöÐú ÞõáúäóÇ ÇÏúÎõáõæÇ åóÐöåö ÇáúÞóÑúíóÉó ÝóßõáõæÇ ãöäúåóÇ ÍóíúËõ ÔöÆúÊõãú ÑóÛóÏðÇ æóÇÏúÎõáõæÇ ÇáúÈóÇÈó ÓõÌøóÏðÇ æóÞõæáõæÇ ÍöØøóÉñ äóÛúÝöÑú áóßõãú ÎóØóÇíóÇßõãú æóÓóäóÒöíÏõ ÇáúãõÍúÓöäöíäó
And when We said: Enter this city, then eat from it a plenteous (food) wherever you wish, and enter the gate making obeisance, and say, forgiveness. We will forgive you your wrongs and give more to those who do good (to others).
ÝóÈóÏøóáó ÇáøóÐöíäó ÙóáóãõæÇ ÞóæúáÇð ÛóíúÑó ÇáøóÐöí Þöíáó áóåõãú ÝóÃóäÒóáúäóÇ Úóáóì ÇáøóÐöíäó ÙóáóãõæÇ ÑöÌúÒðÇ ãöäú ÇáÓøóãóÇÁö ÈöãóÇ ßóÇäõæÇ íóÝúÓõÞõæäó
But those who were unjust changed it for a saying other than that which had been spoken to them, so We sent upon those who were unjust a pestilence from heaven, because they transgressed.
æóÅöÐú ÇÓúÊóÓúÞóì ãõæÓóì áöÞóæúãöåö ÝóÞõáúäóÇ ÇÖúÑöÈú ÈöÚóÕóÇßó ÇáúÍóÌóÑó ÝóÇäÝóÌóÑóÊú ãöäúåõ ÇËúäóÊóÇ ÚóÔúÑóÉó ÚóíúäðÇ ÞóÏú Úóáöãó ßõáøõ ÃõäóÇÓò ãóÔúÑóÈóåõãú ßõáõæÇ æóÇÔúÑóÈõæÇ ãöäú ÑöÒúÞö Çááøóåö æóáÇó ÊóÚúËóæúÇ Ýöí ÇáÃóÑúÖö ãõÝúÓöÏöíäó
And when Musa prayed for drink for his people, We said: Strike the rock with your staff So there gushed from it twelve springs, each tribe knew its drinking place: Eat and drink of the provisions of God and do not act corruptly in the land, making mischief.
æóÅöÐú ÞõáúÊõãú íóÇ ãõæÓóì áóäú äóÕúÈöÑó Úóáóì ØóÚóÇãò æóÇÍöÏò ÝóÇÏúÚõ áóäóÇ ÑóÈøóßó íõÎúÑöÌú áóäóÇ ãöãøóÇ ÊõäúÈöÊõ ÇáÃóÑúÖõ ãöäú ÈóÞúáöåóÇ æóÞöËøóÇÆöåóÇ æóÝõæãöåóÇ æóÚóÏóÓöåóÇ æóÈóÕóáöåóÇ ÞóÇáó ÃóÊóÓúÊóÈúÏöáõæäó ÇáøóÐöí åõæó ÃóÏúäóì ÈöÇáøóÐöí åõæó ÎóíúÑñ ÇåúÈöØõæÇ ãöÕúÑðÇ ÝóÅöäøó áóßõãú ãóÇ ÓóÃóáúÊõãú æóÖõÑöÈóÊú Úóáóíúåöãú ÇáÐøöáøóÉõ æóÇáúãóÓúßóäóÉõ æóÈóÇÁõæÇ ÈöÛóÖóÈò ãöäú Çááøóåö Ðóáößó ÈöÃóäøóåõãú ßóÇäõæÇ íóßúÝõÑõæäó ÈöÂíóÇÊö Çááøóåö æóíóÞúÊõáõæäó ÇáäøóÈöíøöíäó ÈöÛóíúÑö ÇáúÍóÞøö Ðóáößó ÈöãóÇ ÚóÕóæúÇ æóßóÇäõæÇ íóÚúÊóÏõæäó
And when you said: O Musa! we cannot bear with one food, therefore pray Lord on our behalf to bring forth for us out of what the earth grows, of its herbs and its cucumbers and its garlic and its lentils and its onions. He said: Will you exchange that which is better for that which is worse? Enter a city, so you will have what you ask for. And abasement and humiliation were brought down upon them, and they became deserving of God's wrath, this was so because they disbelieved in the communications of God and killed the prophets unjustly, this was so because they disobeyed and exceeded the limits.
Åöäøó ÇáøóÐöíäó ÂãóäõæÇ æóÇáøóÐöíäó åóÇÏõæÇ æóÇáäøóÕóÇÑóì æóÇáÕøóÇÈöÆöíäó ãóäú Âãóäó ÈöÇááøóåö æóÇáúíóæúãö ÇáÂÎöÑö æóÚóãöáó ÕóÇáöÍðÇ Ýóáóåõãú ÃóÌúÑõåõãú ÚöäúÏó ÑóÈøöåöãú æóáÇó ÎóæúÝñ Úóáóíúåöãú æóáÇó åõãú íóÍúÒóäõæäó
Surely those who believe, and those who are Jews, and the Christians, and the Sabians, whoever believes in God and the Last day and does good, they shall have their reward from their Lord, and there is no fear for them, nor shall they grieve.
æóÅöÐú ÃóÎóÐúäóÇ ãöíËóÇÞóßõãú æóÑóÝóÚúäóÇ ÝóæúÞóßõãú ÇáØøõæÑó ÎõÐõæÇ ãóÇ ÂÊóíúäóÇßõãú ÈöÞõæøóÉò æóÇÐúßõÑõæÇ ãóÇ Ýöíåö áóÚóáøóßõãú ÊóÊøóÞõæäó
And when We took a promise from you and lifted the mountain over you: Take hold of the law (Tavrat) We have given you with firmness and bear in mind what is in it, so that you may guard (against evil).
Ëõãøó ÊóæóáøóíúÊõãú ãöäú ÈóÚúÏö Ðóáößó ÝóáóæúáÇó ÝóÖúáõ Çááøóåö Úóáóíúßõãú æóÑóÍúãóÊõåõ áóßõäÊõãú ãöäú ÇáúÎóÇÓöÑöíäó
Then you turned back after that, so were it not for the grace of God and His mercy on you, you would certainly have been among the losers.
æóáóÞóÏú ÚóáöãúÊõãú ÇáøóÐöíäó ÇÚúÊóÏóæúÇ ãöäúßõãú Ýöí ÇáÓøóÈúÊö ÝóÞõáúäóÇ áóåõãú ßõæäõæÇ ÞöÑóÏóÉð ÎóÇÓöÆöíäó
And certainly you have known those among you who exceeded the limits of the Sabbath, so We said to them: Be (as) apes, despised and hated.
ÝóÌóÚóáúäóÇåóÇ äóßóÇáÇð áöãóÇ Èóíúäó íóÏóíúåóÇ æóãóÇ ÎóáúÝóåóÇ æóãóæúÚöÙóÉð áöáúãõÊøóÞöíäó
So We made them an example to those who witnessed it and those who came after it, and an admonition to those who guard (against evil).
æóÅöÐú ÞóÇáó ãõæÓóì áöÞóæúãöåö Åöäøó Çááøóåó íóÃúãõÑõßõãú Ãóäú ÊóÐúÈóÍõæÇ ÈóÞóÑóÉð ÞóÇáõæÇ ÃóÊóÊøóÎöÐõäóÇ åõÒõæðÇ ÞóÇáó ÃóÚõæÐõ ÈöÇááøóåö Ãóäú Ãóßõæäó ãöäú ÇáúÌóÇåöáöíä
And when Musa said to his people: Surely God commands you that you should sacrifice a cow, they said: Do you ridicule us? He said: I seek the protection of God from being one of the ignorant.
ÞóÇáõæÇ ÇÏúÚõ áóäóÇ ÑóÈøóßó íõÈóíøöäú áóäóÇ ãóÇ åöíó ÞóÇáó Åöäøóåõ íóÞõæáõ ÅöäøóåóÇ ÈóÞóÑóÉñ áÇó ÝóÇÑöÖñ æóáÇó ÈößúÑñ ÚóæóÇäñ Èóíúäó Ðóáößó ÝóÇÝúÚóáõæÇ ãóÇ ÊõÄúãóÑõæäó
They said: Call on your Lord for our sake to make it plain to us what she is. Musa said: He says, Surely she is a cow neither advanced in age nor too young, of middle age between that (and this), do therefore what you are commanded.
ÞóÇáõæÇ ÇÏúÚõ áóäóÇ ÑóÈøóßó íõÈóíøöäú áóäóÇ ãóÇ áóæúäõåóÇ ÞóÇáó Åöäøóåõ íóÞõæáõ ÅöäøóåóÇ ÈóÞóÑóÉñ ÕóÝúÑóÇÁõ ÝóÇÞöÚñ áóæúäõåóÇ ÊóÓõÑøõ ÇáäøóÇÙöÑöíäó
They said: Call on your Lord for our sake to make it plain to us what her color is. Musa said: He says, Surely she is a yellow cow, her color is intensely yellow, giving delight to the beholders.
ÞóÇáõæÇ ÇÏúÚõ áóäóÇ ÑóÈøóßó íõÈóíøöäú áóäóÇ ãóÇ åöíó Åöäøó ÇáúÈóÞóÑó ÊóÔóÇÈóåó ÚóáóíúäóÇ æóÅöäøóÇ Åöäú ÔóÇÁó Çááøóåõ áóãõåúÊóÏõæäó
They said: Call on your Lord for our sake to make it plain to us what she is, for surely to us the cows are all alike, and if God please we shall surely be guided aright.
ÞóÇáó Åöäøóåõ íóÞõæáõ ÅöäøóåóÇ ÈóÞóÑóÉñ áÇó Ðóáõæáñ ÊõËöíÑõ ÇáÃóÑúÖó æóáÇó ÊóÓúÞöí ÇáúÍóÑúËó ãõÓóáøóãóÉñ áÇó ÔöíóÉó ÝöíåóÇ ÞóÇáõæÇ ÇáÂäó ÌöÆúÊó ÈöÇáúÍóÞøö ÝóÐóÈóÍõæåóÇ æóãóÇ ßóÇÏõæÇ íóÝúÚóáõæäó
Musa said: He says, Surely she is a cow not made submissive that she should plough the land, nor does she irrigate the tilth, sound, without a blemish in her. They said: Now you have brought the truth, so they sacrificed her, though they had not the mind to do (it).
æóÅöÐú ÞóÊóáúÊõãú äóÝúÓðÇ ÝóÇÏøóÇÑóÃúÊõãú ÝöíåóÇ æóÇááøóåõ ãõÎúÑöÌñ ãóÇ ßõäÊõãú ÊóßúÊõãõæäó
And when you killed a man, then you disagreed with respect to that, and God was to bring forth that which you were going to hide.
ÝóÞõáúäóÇ ÇÖúÑöÈõæåõ ÈöÈóÚúÖöåóÇ ßóÐóáößó íõÍúíö Çááøóåõ ÇáúãóæúÊóì æóíõÑöíßõãú ÂíóÇÊöåö áóÚóáøóßõãú ÊóÚúÞöáõæäó
So We said: Strike the (dead body) with part of the (Sacrificed cow), thus God brings the dead to life, and He shows you His signs so that you may understand.
Ëõãøó ÞóÓóÊú ÞõáõæÈõßõãú ãöäú ÈóÚúÏö Ðóáößó Ýóåöíó ßóÇáúÍöÌóÇÑóÉö Ãóæú ÃóÔóÏøõ ÞóÓúæóÉð æóÅöäøó ãöäú ÇáúÍöÌóÇÑóÉö áóãóÇ íóÊóÝóÌøóÑõ ãöäúåõ ÇáÃóäúåóÇÑõ æóÅöäøó ãöäúåóÇ áóãóÇ íóÔøóÞøóÞõ ÝóíóÎúÑõÌõ ãöäúåõ ÇáúãóÇÁõ æóÅöäøó ãöäúåóÇ áóãóÇ íóåúÈöØõ ãöäú ÎóÔúíóÉö Çááøóåö æóãóÇ Çááøóåõ ÈöÛóÇÝöáò ÚóãøóÇ ÊóÚúãóáõæäó
Then your hearts hardened after that, so that they were like rocks, rather worse in hardness, and surely there are some rocks from which streams burst forth, and surely there are some of them which split asunder so water issues out of them, and surely there are some of them which fall down for fear of God, and God is not at all heedless of what you do.
ÃóÝóÊóØúãóÚõæäó Ãóäú íõÄúãöäõæÇ áóßõãú æóÞóÏú ßóÇäó ÝóÑöíÞñ ãöäúåõãú íóÓúãóÚõæäó ßóáÇóãó Çááøóåö Ëõãøó íõÍóÑøöÝõæäóåõ ãöäú ÈóÚúÏö ãóÇ ÚóÞóáõæåõ æóåõãú íóÚúáóãõæäó
Do you then hope that they would believe in you, and a party from among them indeed used to hear the Word of God, then altered it after they had understood it, and they know (this).
æóÅöÐóÇ áóÞõæÇ ÇáøóÐöíäó ÂãóäõæÇ ÞóÇáõæÇ ÂãóäøóÇ æóÅöÐóÇ ÎóáÇó ÈóÚúÖõåõãú Åöáóì ÈóÚúÖò ÞóÇáõæÇ ÃóÊõÍóÏøöËõæäóåõãú ÈöãóÇ ÝóÊóÍó Çááøóåõ Úóáóíúßõãú áöíõÍóÇÌøõæßõãú Èöåö ÚöäúÏó ÑóÈøößõãú ÃóÝóáÇó ÊóÚúÞöáõæäó
And when they meet those who believe they say: We believe, and when they are alone one with another they say: Do you talk to them of what God has disclosed to you that they may contend with you by this before your Lord? Do you not then understand?
ÃóæóáÇó íóÚúáóãõæäó Ãóäøó Çááøóåó íóÚúáóãõ ãóÇ íõÓöÑøõæäó æóãóÇ íõÚúáöäõæäó
Do they not know that God knows what they keep secret and what they make known?
æóãöäúåõãú Ãõãøöíøõæäó áÇó íóÚúáóãõæäó ÇáúßöÊóÇÈó ÅöáÇøó ÃóãóÇäöíøó æóÅöäú åõãú ÅöáÇøó íóÙõäøõæäó
And there are among them illiterates who know not the Book but only lies, and they do but conjecture.
Ýóæóíúáñ áöáøóÐöíäó íóßúÊõÈõæäó ÇáúßöÊóÇÈó ÈöÃóíúÏöíåöãú Ëõãøó íóÞõæáõæäó åóÐóÇ ãöäú ÚöäúÏö Çááøóåö áöíóÔúÊóÑõæÇ Èöåö ËóãóäðÇ ÞóáöíáÇð Ýóæóíúáñ áóåõãú ãöãøóÇ ßóÊóÈóÊú ÃóíúÏöíåöãú æóæóíúáñ áóåõãú ãöãøóÇ íóßúÓöÈõæäó
Woe, then, to those who write the book with their hands and then say: This is from God, so that they may take for it a small price, therefore woe to them for what their hands have written and woe to them for what they earn.
æóÞóÇáõæÇ áóäú ÊóãóÓøóäóÇ ÇáäøóÇÑõ ÅöáÇøó ÃóíøóÇãðÇ ãóÚúÏõæÏóÉð Þõáú ÃóÇÊøóÎóÐúÊõãú ÚöäúÏó Çááøóåö ÚóåúÏðÇ Ýóáóäú íõÎúáöÝó Çááøóåõ ÚóåúÏóåõ Ãóãú ÊóÞõæáõæäó Úóáóì Çááøóåö ãóÇ áÇó ÊóÚúáóãõæäó
And they say: Fire shall not touch us but for a few days. Say: Have you received a promise from God, then God will not fail to perform His promise, or do you speak against God what you do not know?
Èóáóì ãóäú ßóÓóÈó ÓóíøöÆóÉð æóÃóÍóÇØóÊú Èöåö ÎóØöíÆóÊõåõ ÝóÃõæúáóÆößó ÃóÕúÍóÇÈõ ÇáäøóÇÑö åõãú ÝöíåóÇ ÎóÇáöÏõæäó
Yea, whoever earns evil and his sins beset him on every side, these are the inmates of the fire, in it they shall abide.
æóÇáøóÐöíäó ÂãóäõæÇ æóÚóãöáõæÇ ÇáÕøóÇáöÍóÇÊö ÃõæúáóÆößó ÃóÕúÍóÇÈõ ÇáúÌóäøóÉö åõãú ÝöíåóÇ ÎóÇáöÏõæäó
And (as for) those who believe and do good deeds, these are the dwellers of the garden, in it they shall abide.
æóÅöÐú ÃóÎóÐúäóÇ ãöíËóÇÞó Èóäöí ÅöÓúÑóÇÆöíáó áÇó ÊóÚúÈõÏõæäó ÅöáÇøó Çááøóåó æóÈöÇáúæóÇáöÏóíúäö ÅöÍúÓóÇäðÇ æóÐöí ÇáúÞõÑúÈóì æóÇáúíóÊóÇãóì æóÇáúãóÓóÇßöíäö æóÞõæáõæÇ áöáäøóÇÓö ÍõÓúäðÇ æóÃóÞöíãõæÇ ÇáÕøóáÇóÉó æóÂÊõæÇ ÇáÒøóßóÇÉó Ëõãøó ÊóæóáøóíúÊõãú ÅöáÇøó ÞóáöíáÇð ãöäúßõãú æóÃóäúÊõãú ãõÚúÑöÖõæäó
And when We made a covenant with the children of Israel: You shall not serve any but God and (you shall do) good to (your) parents, and to the near of kin and to the orphans and the needy, and you shall speak to men good words and keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate. Then you turned back except a few of you and (now too) you turn aside.
æóÅöÐú ÃóÎóÐúäóÇ ãöíËóÇÞóßõãú áÇó ÊóÓúÝößõæäó ÏöãóÇÁóßõãú æóáÇó ÊõÎúÑöÌõæäó ÃóäÝõÓóßõãú ãöäú ÏöíóÇÑößõãú Ëõãøó ÃóÞúÑóÑúÊõãú æóÃóäúÊõãú ÊóÔúåóÏõæäó
And when We made a covenant with you: You shall not shed your blood and you shall not turn your people out of your cities, then you gave a promise while you witnessed.
Ëõãøó ÃóäúÊõãú åóÄõáÇóÁ ÊóÞúÊõáõæäó ÃóäÝõÓóßõãú æóÊõÎúÑöÌõæäó ÝóÑöíÞðÇ ãöäúßõãú ãöäú ÏöíóÇÑöåöãú ÊóÙóÇåóÑõæäó Úóáóíúåöãú ÈöÇáÅöËúãö æóÇáúÚõÏúæóÇäö æóÅöäú íóÃúÊõæßõãú ÃõÓóÇÑóì ÊõÝóÇÏõæåõãú æóåõæó ãõÍóÑøóãñ Úóáóíúßõãú ÅöÎúÑóÇÌõåõãú Ãó ÝóÊõÄúãöäõæäó ÈöÈóÚúÖö ÇáúßöÊóÇÈö æóÊóßúÝõÑõæäó ÈöÈóÚúÖò ÝóãóÇ ÌóÒóÇÁõ ãóäú íóÝúÚóáõ Ðóáößó ãöäúßõãú ÅöáÇøó ÎöÒúíñ Ýöí ÇáúÍóíóÇÉö ÇáÏøõäúíóÇ æóíóæúãó ÇáúÞöíóÇãóÉö íõÑóÏøõæäó Åöáóì ÃóÔóÏøö ÇáúÚóÐóÇÈö æóãóÇ Çááøóåõ ÈöÛóÇÝöáò ÚóãøóÇ ÊóÚúãóáõæäó
Yet you it is who slay your people and turn a party from among you out of their homes, backing each other up against them unlawfully and exceeding the limits, and if they should come to you, as captives you would ransom them-- while their very turning out was unlawful for you. Do you then believe in a part of the Book and disbelieve in the other? What then is the re ward of such among you as do this but disgrace in the life of this world, and on the day of resurrection they shall be sent back to the most grievous chastisement, and God is not at all heedless of what you do.
ÃõæúáóÆößó ÇáøóÐöíäó ÇÔúÊóÑóæúÇ ÇáúÍóíóÇÉó ÇáÏøõäúíóÇ ÈÇáÂÎöÑóÉö ÝóáÇó íõÎóÝøóÝõ Úóäúåõãú ÇáúÚóÐóÇÈõ æóáÇó åõãú íõäÕóÑõæäó
These are they who buy the life of this world for the hereafter, so their chastisement shall not be lightened nor shall they be helped.
æóáóÞóÏú ÂÊóíúäóÇ ãõæÓóì ÇáúßöÊóÇÈó æóÞóÝøóíúäóÇ ãöäú ÈóÚúÏöåö ÈöÇáÑøõÓõáö æóÂÊóíúäóÇ ÚöíÓóì ÇÈúäó ãóÑúíóãó ÇáúÈóíøöäóÇÊö æóÃóíøóÏúäóÇåõ ÈöÑõæÍö ÇáúÞõÏõÓö Ãó ÝóßõáøóãóÇ ÌóÇÁóßõãú ÑóÓõæáñ ÈöãóÇ áÇó Êóåúæóì ÃóäÝõÓõßõãú ÇÓúÊóßúÈóÑúÊõãú ÝóÝóÑöíÞðÇ ßóÐøóÈúÊõãú æóÝóÑöíÞðÇ ÊóÞúÊõáõæä
And most certainly We gave Musa the Book and We sent messengers after him one after another, and We gave Isa, the son of Marium, clear arguments and strengthened him with the holy spirit, What! whenever then a messenger came to you with that which your souls did not desire, you were insolent so you called some liars and some you slew.
æóÞóÇáõæÇ ÞõáõæÈõäóÇ ÛõáúÝñ Èóáú áóÚóäóåõãú Çááøóåõ ÈößõÝúÑöåöãú ÝóÞóáöíáÇð ãóÇ íõÄúãöäõæäó
And they say: Our hearts are covered. Nay, God has cursed them on account of their unbelief, so little it is that they believe.
æóáóãøóÇ ÌóÇÁóåõãú ßöÊóÇÈñ ãöäú ÚöäúÏö Çááøóåö ãõÕóÏøöÞñ áöãóÇ ãóÚóåõãú æóßóÇäõæÇ ãöäú ÞóÈúáõ íóÓúÊóÝúÊöÍõæäó Úóáóì ÇáøóÐöíäó ßóÝóÑõæÇ ÝóáóãøóÇ ÌóÇÁóåõãú ãóÇ ÚóÑóÝõæÇ ßóÝóÑõæÇ Èöåö ÝóáóÚúäóÉõ Çááøóåö Úóáóì ÇáúßóÇÝöÑöíäó
And when there came to them a Book from God verifying that which they have, and aforetime they used to pray for victory against those who disbelieve, but when there came to them (Prophet) that which they did not recognize, they disbelieved in him, so God's curse is on the unbelievers.
ÈöÆúÓó ãóÇ ÇÔúÊóÑóæúÇ Èöåö ÃóäÝõÓóåõãú Ãóäú íóßúÝõÑõæÇ ÈöãóÇ ÃóäÒóáó Çááøóåõ ÈóÛúíðÇ Ãóäú íõäóÒøöáó Çááøóåõ ãöäú ÝóÖúáöå Úóáóì ãóäú íóÔóÇÁõ ãöäú ÚöÈóÇÏöåö ÝóÈóÇÁõæÇ ÈöÛóÖóÈò Úóáóì ÛóÖóÈò æóáöáúßóÇÝöÑöíäó ÚóÐóÇÈñ ãõåöíäñ
Evil is that for which they have sold their souls-- that they should deny what God has revealed, out of envy that God should send down of His grace on whomsoever of His servants He pleases, so they have made themselves deserving of wrath upon wrath, and there is a disgraceful punishment for the unbelievers.
æóÅöÐóÇ Þöíáó áóåõãú ÂãöäõæÇ ÈöãóÇ ÃóäÒóáó Çááøóåõ ÞóÇáõæÇ äõÄúãöäõ ÈöãóÇ ÃõäÒöáó ÚóáóíúäóÇ æóíóßúÝõÑõæäó ÈöãóÇ æóÑóÇÁóåõ æóåõæó ÇáúÍóÞøõ ãõÕóÏøöÞðÇ áöãóÇ ãóÚóåõãú Þõáú Ýóáöãó ÊóÞúÊõáõæäó ÃóäúÈöíóÇÁó Çááøóåö ãöäú ÞóÈúáõ Åöäú ßõäÊõãú ãõÄúãöäöíäó
And when it is said to them, Believe in what God has revealed, they say: We believe in that which was revealed to us, and they deny what is besides that, while it is the truth verifying that which they have. Say: Why then did you kill God's Prophets before if you were indeed believers?
æóáóÞóÏú ÌóÇÁóßõãú ãõæÓóì ÈöÇáúÈóíøöäóÇÊö Ëõãøó ÇÊøóÎóÐúÊõãú ÇáúÚöÌúáó ãöäú ÈóÚúÏöåö æóÃóäúÊõãú ÙóÇáöãõæäó
And most certainly Musa came to you with clear arguments, then you took the calf (for a god) in his absence and you were unjust.
æóÅöÐú ÃóÎóÐúäóÇ ãöíËóÇÞóßõãú æóÑóÝóÚúäóÇ ÝóæúÞóßõãú ÇáØøõæÑó ÎõÐõæÇ ãóÇ ÂÊóíúäóÇßõãú ÈöÞõæøóÉò æóÇÓúãóÚõæÇ ÞóÇáõæÇ ÓóãöÚúäóÇ æóÚóÕóíúäóÇ æóÃõÔúÑöÈõæÇ Ýöí ÞõáõæÈöåöãú ÇáúÚöÌúáó ÈößõÝúÑöåöãú Þõáú ÈöÆúÓóãóÇ íóÃúãõÑõßõãú Èöåö ÅöíãóÇäõßõãú Åöäú ßõäÊõãú ãõÄúãöäöíäó
And when We made a covenant with you and raised the mountain over you: Take hold of what We have given you with firmness and be obedient. They said: We hear and disobey. And they were made to imbibe (the love of) the calf into their hearts on account of their unbelief Say: Evil is that which your belief bids you if you are believers.
Þõáú Åöäú ßóÇäóÊú áóßõãú ÇáÏøóÇÑõ ÇáÂÎöÑóÉõ ÚöäúÏó Çááøóåö ÎóÇáöÕóÉð ãöäú Ïõæäö ÇáäøóÇÓö ÝóÊóãóäøóæúÇ ÇáúãóæúÊó Åöäú ßõäÊõãú ÕóÇÏöÞöíäó
Say: If the future abode with God is specially for you to the exclusion of the people, then invoke death if you are truthful.
æóáóäú íóÊóãóäøóæúåõ ÃóÈóÏðÇ ÈöãóÇ ÞóÏøóãóÊú ÃóíúÏöíåöãú æóÇááøóåõ Úóáöíãñ ÈöÇáÙøóÇáöãöíäó
And they will never invoke it on account of what their hands have sent before, and God knows the unjust.
æóáóÊóÌöÏóäøóåõãú ÃóÍúÑóÕó ÇáäøóÇÓö Úóáóì ÍóíóÇÉò æóãöäú ÇáøóÐöíäó ÃóÔúÑóßõæÇ íóæóÏøõ ÃóÍóÏõåõãú áóæú íõÚóãøóÑõ ÃóáúÝó ÓóäóÉò æóãóÇ åõæó ÈöãõÒóÍúÒöÍöåö ãöäú ÇáúÚóÐóÇÈö Ãóäú íõÚóãøóÑó æóÇááøóåõ ÈóÕöíÑñ ÈöãóÇ íóÚúãóáõæäó
And you will most certainly find them the greediest of men for life (greedier) than even those who are polytheists, every one of them loves that he should be granted a life of a thousand years, and his being granted a long life will in no way remove him further off from the chastisement, and God sees what they do.
Þõáú ãóäú ßóÇäó ÚóÏõæøðÇ áöÌöÈúÑöíáó ÝóÅöäøóåõ äóÒøóáóåõ Úóáóì ÞóáúÈößó ÈöÅöÐúäö Çááøóåö ãõÕóÏøöÞðÇ áöãóÇ Èóíúäó íóÏóíúåö æóåõÏðì æóÈõÔúÑóì áöáúãõÄúãöäöíäó
Say: Whoever is the enemy of Jibreel-- for surely he revealed it to your heart by God's command, verifying that which is before it and guidance and good news for the believers.
ãóäú ßóÇäó ÚóÏõæøðÇ áöáøóåö æóãóáÇóÆößóÊöåö æóÑõÓõáöåö æóÌöÈúÑöíáó æóãöíßóÇáó ÝóÅöäøó Çááøóåó ÚóÏõæøñ áöáúßóÇÝöÑöíäó
Whoever is the enemy of God and His angels and His messengers and Jibreel and Meekaeel, so surely God is the enemy of the unbelievers.
æóáóÞóÏú ÃóäÒóáúäóÇ Åöáóíúßó ÂíóÇÊò ÈóíøöäóÇÊò æóãóÇ íóßúÝõÑõ ÈöåóÇ ÅöáÇøó ÇáúÝóÇÓöÞõæäó
And certainly We have revealed to you clear communications and none disbelieve in them except the transgressors.
