You selected chapter 21 and verse 2

مَا يَأْتِيهِمْ مِنْ ذِكْرٍ مِنْ رَبِّهِمْ مُحْدَثٍ إِلاَّ اسْتَمَعُوهُ وَهُمْ يَلْعَبُونَ

There comes not to them a new reminder from their Lord but they hear it while they sport,
